As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA), you will be the driving force behind operations, compliance, and culture, ensuring residents receive exceptional care while supporting and empowering your team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
Oversee compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams including nursing, social services, and support staff
Drive quality assurance, performance improvement, and systems stabilization
Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
Promote strong resident engagement, family communication, and community relationships
What We’re Looking For

Active state license as a Nursing Home Administrator (required)
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveys, and best practices
Financial and operational management experience in Long Term Care
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
