Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and portion meals for a large number of residents daily
• Follow standardized recipes and portion controls
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Collaborate with the Food Service Director and kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience cooking for large groups (healthcare or nursing home preferred)
• SafeServe Certification required at the time of hire
• Food Service Sanitation Manager (FSSM) Certification required within 90 days
• Ability to work full-time and maintain a consistent schedule
