Job Description / Duties:
- Develop and implement dietary policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate food service operations to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Plan menus in accordance with nutritional guidelines and regulations.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate dietary staff.
- Monitor food production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain records of food inventories, purchases, and waste.
- Manage budgets for food and labor costs.
Qualifications:
- 2 – 3 years of experience as a Dietary Manager in Long Term Care
- Must possess a Dietary Manager Certification
