Salary: $62,000 - $83,000

Job Description / Duties:

  • Develop and implement dietary policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate food service operations to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Plan menus in accordance with nutritional guidelines and regulations.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate dietary staff.
  • Monitor food production to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
  • Maintain records of food inventories, purchases, and waste.
  • Manage budgets for food and labor costs.

Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience as a Dietary Manager in Long Term Care
  • Must possess a Dietary Manager Certification
