Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver the highest quality care.
- Oversee compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ overall well-being.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to promote operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled nursing care.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes.
