Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to promote operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled nursing care.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes.
