Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Job Description: 

• Maintains current MDS status of each resident.
• Communicates schedule to all other departments as required.
• Monitors clinical systems for changes in resident condition.

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered nursing license (LPN or RN) from appropriate state.
• 2 – 3 years’ MDS experience.
