Reputable and established Healthcare Organization is seeking to hire a Director of Nursing.
Position involves coordination, management, documentation, and staff development. We are seeking a director that enjoys caring for clients/patients and their families.

You will lead clinical operations, care delivery, and training/mentoring caregivers and nurses to work in the field (in-home patient care).

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license
• 2+ years of nursing expertise (home health or private duty preferred)
• Strong leadership, supervisory, mentoring abilities, and crisis management skills
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and compliance knowledge
• Must have strong communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Must be an advocate for quality care, staff development and demonstrate a spirit of teamwork

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day clinical operations for private duty clients
• Monitor quality of care delivery and ensure compliance with Joint Commission
• Supervise, train, and mentor nurses and caregivers
• Coordinate care planning and communication with physicians, clients/patients, and families
• Ensure clinical documentation and reporting is accurate and compliant
• Client/Patient assessments, supervisory visits, and care plan development and reviews
• Clinical problem solver, and supportive resource for field staff
• You will ensure supporting quality outcomes, Joint Commission compliance, and the continued growth of the care team.
