Job Description:

The Director of Nursing must have a passion for Long Term Care and possess strong leadership skills, a leader that leads by example. The Director of Nursing will direct the daily operations of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have an RN license from the appropriate State.

Experience as a Director of Nursing.

Qualified candidates must have 3 – 5 years of working experience as an RN in Long Term Care.
