Elevate Clinical Excellence Across Southern Georgia!

Are you a dynamic nurse leader passionate about driving clinical quality, mentoring healthcare teams, and making a transformational impact across senior care communities? We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Regional Nurse Consultant to oversee and empower multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern Georgia.

In this high-visibility leadership role, you won't just be monitoring compliance—you will be a trusted advisor, clinical champion, and strategic partner to our Director of Nursing (DON) teams and facility leaders. If you thrive on variety, enjoy regional travel, and love elevating standards of care, this is your opportunity to lead with purpose!

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Inspire & Champion Quality: Serve as the subject matter expert on clinical operations, state/federal regulations, and evidence-based nursing practices across your regional portfolio.
  • Empower Facility Leadership: Provide hands-on mentorship, coaching, and strategic guidance to DONs and clinical managers to foster strong, confident healthcare teams.
  • Drive Excellence & Outcomes: Conduct regular clinical audits, mock surveys, and risk assessments to ensure continuous improvement and survey readiness.
  • Lead Quality Improvement Projects: Analyze clinical data, identify trends, and design innovative action plans that elevate resident care and satisfaction.
  • Survey Support & Crisis Management: Partner closely with facility teams during state surveys, offering expert guidance for successful outcomes and plan-of-correction implementation.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Credentials: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or multi-state compact license).
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive clinical leadership in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), or Post-Acute Care (e.g., Director of Nursing, Assistant DON, or Regional Consultant experience preferred).
  • Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of CMS regulations, Georgia Department of Community Health guidelines, and survey processes.
  • Travel Readiness: Based in or near Southern Georgia with willingness to travel locally across assigned regional facilities.
  • Core Competencies: Outstanding communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a collaborative, encouraging leadership style.

Why Join Us?

Impactful Mission: Direct opportunity to shape high-quality care and positive resident outcomes across Southern Georgia communities.

Autonomy & Support: Enjoy field-based flexibility backed by strong, accessible executive support and resources.

Competitive Package: Excellent compensation, comprehensive health benefits, generous paid time off (PTO), and travel/mileage reimbursement.

If you're ready to take the next rewarding step in your clinical leadership career, we want to hear from you! Apply today to join a dedicated leadership team shaping the future of senior care across South Georgia.
