This individual would need the leadership and compassion to guide the residents and families during the end of life.  The Certified MSW would need knowledge on Bereavement and Volunteer Programs.  The organization is looking for an exceptional leader that understands the Medicare guidelines and documentation requirements for a Medicare Certified Hospice agency.
