The company was formed in 1992 by Bradley Ward. Brad has over 20 years of extensive executive and management recruiting experience including over 13 years as a healthcare recruiting specialist. Prior to forming his own firm, he began his healthcare recruiting career with one of the nation's largest contingency search firm and became the top producer in his office.

Advanced Recruiting Specialists is devoted to the recruitment of healthcare professionals from nurse leadership positions to Administrators to regional and corporate positions. Located in San Antonio, ARS specializes in Texas recruitment but also has many national clients and candidates.
