I have recruited in the Long Term Care industry for fifteen years, specializing in facility and corporate level searches. I worked at two different search firms prior to establishing my own business in 1998.
Listening to my clients’ and candidates’ individual employment needs has created a firm foundation for my success. My goal is twofold: to identify candidates who can help increase client profit margins and provide quality care, and to work with companies who are the best in the industry.
