MedBest is seeking an MDS Coordinator for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Eureka. This position is with a family-operated organization that provides quality care and excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate for this position will play a critical role in the clinical operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities will include coordinating and conducting assessments, care planning, and documenting residents' care needs. You will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that residents receive appropriate care and services. This role requires a strong understanding of commitment to providing quality care.
